Instead of just treating the symptoms, it is supposed to direct your immune system to kill the virus instead. I couldn't believe that during my entire pregnancy (which compromimises your immune system) I did not have a serious cold or the flu while teaching elementary school. [..]  It works! -- I was sceptical going into this, but I am now a believer! I bought it a couple of months ago. My daughter came down with H1N1 and I gave it to her last night, not much of a change. Then again this morning, and it broke her fever. Her temp started coming back up some and I brought her to the dr and by that point 3pm she was going really well and they just told me to call them if there was a change since what I was doing was already working.
