No more headaches! September 13, 2009 Bryony (Seattle, WA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My doctor suggested that I take Migrelief and Alpha Lipoic acid along with controlling my diet (no wine, citrus, bananas, etc) and severely reducing my intake of OTC painkillers. I've now gone from having headaches 20+ days per month to only a couple at most. I'm pretty sure that the Migrelief has quite a bit to do with it and it's cheaper than all the money I would spend on OTC and prescription painkillers that only made things worse. Note that you have to use it for a few months before you can tell if it's doing anything or not. It will not make everything perfect immediately. Nothing will do that short of a lobotomy.
MgraLief Really Helps April 8, 2010 A. Haney (Bedford, NY) My neurologist suggested this product a couple of years ago. At first I didn't really think something like this would help and just used it because he suggested it. But after a while I started to believe in it. My headaches are under control for the first time in years. I am also taking Topomax every day to help control them, but there is a definite difference when I am religious about taking MigraLief.
migraine relief May 27, 2010 J. Hayes I have had chronic migraines for many years and have been faithfully taking Migrelief for about the last five. Although it doesn't completely eliminate the headaches, they are less frequent and less severe. There have been a couple times I've run out of the Migrelief and within a week or so the headaches ramped up again, so I know it isn't just a coincidence. If you have migraines it's definitely worth trying - give it a good 30 days before deciding if it's working for you or not.
