HOW DOES IT WORK? Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a hormone, produced by the developing placenta shortly after the conception and secreted into the urine. The pregnancy test contains antibodies which specifically react with this hormone. WHEN TO BEGIN TESTING The length of the menstrual cycle is the duration from your first menstrual bleeding day to the day before the next bleeding begins. Determine the length of menstrual cycle before test. Please refer to the chart below to determine when you should start testing.
If your cycle is shorter than 21 days or longer than 38 days, consult a physician. If you do not know your cycle length, you may begin the test 11 days after your first period since the average cycle length is 28 days. Perform 1 test each day over a 5 days period, or until the LH surge has been detected.
Features:
- One Step Ovulation Urine Test is a qualitative test used to predict when there is a LH surge, and in turn, when you are likely to ovulate
- One Step HCG Urine Test is a rapid pregnancy test, which you can easily carry out yourself

Great buy, would recommend! September 8, 2005 R. Samuels 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
These strips are extremely inexpensive and accurate! They arrived only a couple of days after I placed my order. The very easy to read instructions were emailed to me, which I thought was a little bit strange. They are in individually sealed packets and then taped together with packaging tape, so you have to be careful pulling them apart. They are a little bit messy because you dip the strip (without any type of cover)in urine, and then lay it on a flat surface. This wasn't too bad because I used the back of the toilet and cleaned it when I was done. I would say the little bit of extra effort was well worth it because of the price. These strips cost a fraction of the ones in the drug store. And, I found them to be just as accurate (if not more so). After using them for only one cycle I am now pregnant!!! I would highly recommend these strips.
Accurate, easy to use & extremely reliable (oh and CHEAP) April 25, 2006 PregnancyBlog.info 23 out of 24 found this review helpful
For the first few months we were trying to conceive I spent an estimated $400 plus dollars on store-bought HPTs (home pregnancy tests) & OPKs (Ovulation Prediction Kits)...then an 8 month pregnant friend told me she had used the test strip cheapies for both so I have switched over. To ensure I didn't miss my fertile period by using a cheaper product for the first month I used 2 different brands of store bought OPKs plus the cheap OPK test strips and compared the performance of all three (on every day of testing). It worked perfectly (and was actually more sensitive than one of the expensive store brands) so I would absolutely recommend anyone wondering if they should switch over to do so immediately! P.S Just in case you don't get the instructions (I did) you can apply the same instructions for any other tests - dip for 5 seconds, wait for 5 minutes (although you will usually see a result within a minute or two)etc. For the OPK the test line must be as dark, or darker, than the Control Line (and the Control Line is always the line farthest from the end that you dip in your pee). For the HPT the same rule applies (regarding placement of the Control Line)..and remember a faint test line is a positive! And don't read the results after 5-10 minutes (no matter how tempting it may be!).
Great Product for Price!! December 15, 2007 Sarah Beakes (Wilmington, NC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I thought I was ovulating and used the test to confirm. It worked PERFECTLY and we got pregnant the 1st month trying. Great for the price (although I now have like 35+ ovulation tests left now that I am pregnant but have enjoyed passing them on to friends). Worth it!!

The strips are very easy to use, the level of hormones can be readily read once it starts to present. I use it for the first time and it works.
Awesome February 20, 2010 Kelly B (Cali) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Arrived quickly. I think the ovulation strips are more sensitive than store bought. I've never had store bought give a clear positive or negative and these did. Actually ended up getting pregs the same month I purchased. Pregnancy tests are also great. Only recommendation is to get small cups for dipond the tests on b/c you are not able to pee directly on the test.
Great Deal, Great Results May 31, 2010 L. Hendricks (Wisconsin) I used the OPKs along with charting and they predicted my ovulation day accurately. I also just got a BFP with the HPTs yesterday evening and I was only 9 DPO. These worked perfectly. They also shipped out really quickly, came with full instructions sheets, and the price can't be beat.
Its a great product June 4, 2010 R. Amingad (dallas,tx) I have used this product to track the ovulations as I never ovulate due to PCOS problems.I was on clomid and hcg..trigger after that I started tracking the ovulation and to my surprise these test strips are great!! As soon as I dip them in the urine within few seconds its gives u the result ...much much better then the pharmacy store ovulation kits which are expensive and take atleast few minutes to give results I am yet due to use Pregancy test kits....I will write review on them ones I use them .But people who have problems with ovulation I would say this kit is cheap and u can use many times in a day..to track ur LH surge .
