discreet help, for an indiscreet happening October 22, 2006 Penny Slaughter (Pittsburg, Ca) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have found the Serenity pads most helpful, for a problem one would have thouught would have gone away at menopause...the use of pads. Now I use them for embarassing spills from my bladder, I'm not yet ready for surgery. I use them to keep me 'confident' during the daytime activities & @ night not to have a problem. Penzam
Serenity Ultimate Pads November 9, 2006 Elizabeth Sofra 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
When I have an "accident" with the Ultra Plus Serenity pads which are one level lower in absorbancy, I have to change clothes from the skin out. With the Ultimate pads , I only have to change pads when I have an "accident".
i thought this couldn't be real March 28, 2007 MaryEllen Sager 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
i "tested" this product. i even wore one that had accidently ripped on the side. i wanted proof that they were as good as these reviews said they were--they weren't cheap, so i was wanting to make sure i had actually gotten my money's worth. the short answer is: oh, heck yeah. i need serious protection in the daytime, and i wore these overnight too. i often lose complete control at night. with my old protection method, i'd wear pants to 'catch' fluid leakage, and i'd have to change my pants and often had to change the bed pad as well. sometimes twice. with these, i can wear my nightgown, and a few times i've felt okay enough not to use the bed pad. anyway, yeah, they are this good.
My trust and confidence in Amazon has been profoundly shaken.... December 27, 2008 Richard (Ann Arbor, MI USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I am a caregiver for my elderly parents and the subscription service for this product has been a blessing- saving me from traveling from store to store trying to find the right size of product at a reasonable price in stock for purchase. Amazon's new price is EXORBITANT. I just managed to cancel my current order with only a day to spare to avoid the unannounced price increase to current subscribers - I hope I succeeded. If this is an example of Amazon's business practices, ALL NEED TO BE VERY CAUTIOUS IN THE FUTURE USING THE SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE SERVICES. As a long time Amazon customer, I am deeply disappointed and have lost a sense of trust in Amazon's integrity.
price is outrageous January 13, 2009 Nancy E. Spence 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I can not believe that you would put a price tag of this outrageous amount on a personal needed item such as this. I was also very disappointed in the way that you switch my order from the save and shop to your amazon purchase with out advising me of the switch. I will say that amazon did step up when I first reported my disappointment but am still very leary in some of my purchases for the future.
